There is no backup battery in the poly 800 but the poly 800 mk2 has a standby battery. (sorry if this was asked before but whenever i use the search function i get 100 pages of useless links.) do i own one of the very old early production models? can i attach a battery anyway? Regarding some online tutorials for replacement of the battery it should be left to capacitor c98 (or something) but theres just a straight line and empty space on the pcb.
